PIGAL Pigment type (under development)

PIGAL is a new pigment based alumite coloring agent for pigments, in which the pigment is dispersed in water.
The use of pigments as colorants has long been considered in the industry but not realized.
PIGAL is the first alumite pigment in the market, characterized by the color tone and resistance that could not be expressed with conventional dye colorants.

【Feature】
1 Contains no components such as trivalent chromium and hexavalent chromium.
As well as anodized dyeing products, it can be used safely at the dyeing work site.

2 Heat resistance and light resistance
Because it is a pigment-based coloring material, it has better heat resistance and light resistance compared to colored anodize that uses dyes.
Heat resistance: 200 ° C to 400 ° C × 3 hours (Atmospheric pressure degreasing and drying furnace Co., Ltd. Tanaka Chemical Co., Ltd.)
Light resistance: Carbon arc 400 hours or more (Fade meter Suga Test Instruments Co., Ltd. made)

3 new tone expression
PIGAL is a shade with concealment. The color tone that can not be expressed with conventional coloring materials can be obtained.
In addition, we were able to match the variation with the white color that was considered impossible to achieve with dyed color alumite.

4 Stable dispersion
PIGAL has a stable dispersion of pigments in aqueous solution. It does not precipitate and become unusable.

Dye-based anodizing coloring agent / sealing material

CF COLOR

The BLACK series of CF dyes are acidic metal-containing dyes developed for anodizing.
It is a dye with good heat resistance and excellent solubility in light.

  • Directions for use:

    It is recommended to use it dissolved in ion-exchanged water.
    Avoid the use of water that may contain impurities such as underground water and industrial water.

  • Concentration of bath:

    Adjust it arbitrarily. 0.1 g / L to 10 g / L

  • Dyeing temperature:

    50°C to 60°C

  • Dyeing time:

    Please adjust according to the lightness

  • pH adjustment:

    Adjust pH 5.0 to pH 6.0 before use

Using CF BUFFER 56 stabilizes the pH of the dye and improves dyeability, thus preventing alumite staining problems.

【Sealing process】
Please use "SEALING POWDER FK-5500" (nickel acetate powder type).

【Other】
The use of dyes produces different performance depending on the conditions of each factory. Please check in advance.

SEALLING POWDER FK-5500

Powder-type nickel acetate based sealing material, which significantly reduces the occurrence of powder blowing and fogging, and is suitable for sealing treatment of any aluminum anodic oxidation.

【Feature】
■ As compared with conventional nickel acetate-based sealing materials, the generation of powder blowing and fogging is suppressed, so the wiping operation after sealing treatment can be omitted.
■ There is little decoloration at the time of sealing of a dyed article.
■ Liquid life is longer and more economical than conventional sealing agents.

※ We recommend management with 5g-7g / L as concentration.
※ Please use in the range of pH 5.3-6.0.
